Embedded Ville collects the email address you submit to deliver requested resources and send practical emails about firmware techniques, learning resources, courses, products, and community activities.

When you join a course waitlist, we also collect the experience level, purchase-intent choice, and project outcome you submit. We use those responses to measure demand, shape the proposed course, and contact people about validation, pilot, and launch updates. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase.

When you subscribe, we also record the signup page, offer placement, content topic, consent wording and version, and submission time. We use session-scoped, pseudonymous events to understand whether signup placements work. We do not use those events to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell subscriber information.

Delivery emails use tokenized links to record preference selections, unsubscribes, and clicks on the EmbeddedVille community invitation. A small image may record that the email’s community invitation was displayed; email-client image blocking and proxying make this signal approximate.

We use Cloudflare to host the site, protect forms, and store subscriber and conversion records. The configured email-delivery provider processes the information required to deliver messages. Each marketing email identifies Embedded Ville and includes a working unsubscribe link.

You may unsubscribe at any time. You may also request access to or deletion of your subscriber record by replying to an Embedded Ville email. Operational and consent records may be retained where reasonably necessary to document requests, prevent unwanted resubscription, secure the service, or meet legal obligations.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, proprietary source code, customer information, or other sensitive engineering material through the newsletter form.

This notice may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by the revision date below.
